Hi everyone. Thank you for visiting Findley Fit! My name is Cassie and I am a 28 year old wife, new mom, and fitness lover living in the bay area. I started writing Findley Fit to document my daily life and help keep me accountable to lose the last few pounds of baby weight.
I married Patrick on June 23, 2013 in Los Gatos, Ca. On August 9th, 2014 we welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Olivia. Everyone says how much love you will feel for this tiny human, but you don’t truly understand until they are here. Every day I love her more and more.
I am currently working as a Recreation Coordinator for a government agency. After having Olivia I reduced my schedule to three 11 hours days. Although my days are long, I am so thankful to have two extra days at home with her a week.
Fitness is a huge part of my life. I am not an athlete by any means but I love a good workout! Cardio Kickboxing, Body Pump, T25, and other fast pase workouts are my favorite. My love for fitness has inspired me to work towards my personal training certification through NASM. I am currently studying and hope to get certified later this spring.

Thank you again for stopping by! If you want more, follow me on Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest for updates and pictures.
