Friday Fitness!

Hey everyone!! Happy Friday! I hope you have some exciting plans on your agenda! We don’t have too many plans, just dinner out tonight and tomorrow, and a few sweaty workouts! Speaking of sweating, this morning I completed Daily Burn’s Tabata POC. It was a good one. workoutAfter my workout, Olivia and I headed to the pool for week 2 of her swimming lessons. It is so much fun. Next week Patrick is going with me so we can get some water pictures and video. I can’t wait!!
IMG_0285Tomorrow instead of doing Body Pump (Patrick has a dentist appointment and I am not quite ready to put her in the gym’s daycare yet) I am going to complete this HIIT and this upper body workout. Its challenging and quick! You’ll need a pair of dumbbells to complete this workout.

Do each circuit of 3 exercises (12-15 reps) 2 times. Each exercise is linked to show you how to complete the workout. This workout takes about 15min to complete. Limit rest between exercises.

Chest Press (you can do this on the floor, a bench, or a ball-which is what I use)
Chest Fly
Push-up

Reverse Back fly
Bent Over Dumbbell Row, Elbows In
Bent Over Row,

Elbows Out Bicep Curl (do both arms at the same time)
Inner Bicep (do both arms at the same time)
Hammer Curl (do both arms at the same time)

Tricep Overhead Press
Tricep Extension
Tricep Dip

Shoulder Press (I do this standing)
Shoulder Side Raise
Shoulder Upright Row
